Welcome to 10 Summers Heating & Cooling. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Service Terms

  • All appointments must be confirmed by phone, email, or online form.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Project estimates are valid for 14 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
     

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

  • No-shows may be charged the full diagnostic or service fee.
     

3. Warranty & Guarantee

  • Labor is covered by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If issues arise from work we performed, we’ll return to correct it at no extra labor cost.

  • All parts and equipment are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will help facilitate warranty claims when applicable.

  • Warranty is void if third-party alterations or installations are made without our involvement.
     

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • 10 Summers Heating & Cooling is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing issues or improper system maintenance by others.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or manufacturer-related backorders.
     

5. Use of Website

  • All content on this site, including logos, images, and copy, is property of 10 Summers Heating & Cooling and may not be used without written permission.

  • You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
     

6. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
     

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this site.
